Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it directly. In that case, you’ll need to wait until you receive the package and then request a return according to our return policy.

No, we do not currently offer an installation service.

However, all our mirrors are delivered with a mounting kit and clear instructions for a quick and easy setup.

Return & Refund

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know if you wish to return a mirror that doesn’t suit you.

The mirror must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was delivered damaged or by mistake.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@detay.be. We will guide you through the process.
