Passionate about decoration and interior design, we discovered while decorating our first home how difficult it could be to find mirrors in Belgium that were both trendy and accompanied by quality service. For us, a carefully chosen mirror is not just a functional object: it elevates every space and adds a unique, modern touch.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery usually takes between 3 to 4 weeks from the confirmation of your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
As soon as your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout.
This email includes a summary of your order and your order number.

What should I do if my mirror arrives damaged?
If your mirror arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
Take photos of the package and the damaged mirror as soon as you receive it.
Send them to contact@detay.be within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will get back to you quickly with a solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
We also recommend refusing the parcel upon delivery if you notice significant damage to the packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us by email at contact@detay.be to request a modification or cancellation.
Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it directly. In that case, you’ll need to wait until you receive the package and then request a return according to our return policy.
Do you offer an installation or fitting service?
No, we do not currently offer an installation service.
However, all our mirrors are delivered with a mounting kit and clear instructions for a quick and easy setup.
If you have any doubts, we recommend hiring a professional to ensure a safe installation — especially for larger formats.
