This policy outlines the terms of delivery and pre-order for products purchased on the Detay website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). It applies to all purchases made on the Site unless otherwise stated.
1. Delivery
Delivery Area
Currently, deliveries are only available in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We do not ship to other countries at this time. If you reside outside of Belgium, France, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg, please note that we will not be able to process your order.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability and destination. These times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or transport delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as the delivery address. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery Delays
In the event of a delay, we will do our best to notify the customer as soon as possible. If the delay exceeds a reasonable period, the customer may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund for the affected products.
2. Pre-Orders
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders apply to products that are not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance. Pre-orders are subject to product availability at the launch or restock date.
Pre-Order Terms
By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase a product before its official release. The total amount of the order will be charged at the time of the pre-order.
Delivery Times for Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they become available in stock. Delivery times for pre-orders may be longer than for regular products. The estimated time will be indicated on the product’s pre-order page and may vary depending on suppliers and logistical conditions.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel a pre-order, please contact us via our contact form or by email at: contact@detay.be. If the pre-order has already been shipped, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
Pre-Order Refunds
If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email and issue a full refund.
3. Delivery Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You will be able to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with your delivery (damaged product, lost package, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible at contact@detay.be or via the contact form on the Site. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Liability
We make every effort to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition and within the stated timeframe. However, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of damaged products, or to a refund in the case of non-delivery or unfulfilled pre-orders.
